Camp Checklist

Use this checklist to prepare for our wedding weekend!

1. RSVP for the wedding day events

Please RSVP via the Greenvelope invite sent to your email by July 31.

Welcome party and farewell breakfast require no RSVP.

2. Book your travel

If traveling by plane, fly into Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), about a 30 minute drive from Hudson.

We recommend renting a car to get around town freely and on your schedule (Hudson has no Uber/Lyft services).

3. Book your lodging

September in Hudson is proving to be a popular time for weddings, and accommodations are filling up fast. We strongly recommend booking your lodging as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Hotels with blocks reserved and where the shuttle will pickup and dropoff on Sept 6:

  • Best Western Plus Hudson I-94: Call (715) 386-6200 to book your room in the Knutson-Miller block

  • AmericInn by Wyndham Hudson: Call (715) 386-6688 to book your room in the Knutson-Miller block

  • Note: The shuttle service is available to all guests, however, it will only operate between the above hotels and venue.

  • There are other hotel options in Hudson beyond what we have listed above ranging from $ to $$$.

  • If you’re interested in renting, there are several options on Airbnb or Vrbo in the area.

  • Other lovely nearby towns to consider for lodging outside of Hudson: Stillwater and Woodbury, MN. Both are about a 20 min drive from the venue

4. Mentally prepare for karaoke at the Welcome Party

Songs can be submitted during the welcome party to our karaoke DJ!

5. Learn these dances for the Reception

We love a group dance moment - but this is optional :)
